Higher education behavioural audit
Low engagement in academic support programmes was identified as a major barrier to student success. BCA conducted a behavioural audit to uncover the underlying causes of non-engagement, focusing on digital access, communication alignment, and choice architecture challenges.
Illuminating the road ahead
The findings informed targeted recommendations to improve visibility, streamline user journeys, and strengthen branding. The research provided a roadmap for the university to boost programme uptake and enhance student outcomes through behavioural design strategies.
